My name is Carol Rubin. I am owner and jewelry designer of Jewels To Go. Jewels To Go has been in business since the Spring of 2001. I live in Southern California and have been working with jewelry since 2000 and have been purchasing jewelry all of my life!
How I got started...
I began making jewelry as gifts for friends and family and soon found that many others were interested in purchasing my designs.
